1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Black Top Road (kolhavi black top to Sapahimandir) Kolhavi Municipality, Bara. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese.
2. Office of Kolhavi Municipality, Bara  invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the  Construction of Black Top Road (kolhavi black top to Sapahimandir) Kolhavi Municipality, Bara under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount of the contract is Rs11,605,542.22 excluding VAT.

4. According to amended public procurement act (PPA-69 amended) and public procurement regulation, only e-Bidding is application for this contract. No Hardcopy submission is applicable.
5. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may down load the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,  should  deposit  the  cost (as  specified  below)  of  bidding  document  in  the Project’s  Rajaswa (revenue)  account  as  specified  below  and  the  scanned  copy  (pdf format)  of  the  Bank  deposit  voucher of  non-refundable fee of  Rs 3000  shall  be  uploaded  by  the  bidder  at  the  time  of electronic submission of the bids.:

1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Kolhavi Municipality, Bara at 2073/11/11 14:00 Hrs.
2. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Office of Kolhavi Municipality, Bara through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12:00 Noon  on 2073/11/22. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
3. The bidswill be opened in the presence of  Bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at 14:00Hrs, 2073/11/22 at the Office of Kolhavi Municipality, Bara..Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a  scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of Rs 3,28,000/- which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 120 Days). If the bidders choose to deposit bid security in cash, then a scanned copy of deposit voucher of above mentioned amount ,in bank account as specified below, must be uploaded by the bidder along with the bid.

1. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
